NIEVES A/K/A ZAIDA NIEVES; HECTOR R. NIEVES A/K/A HECTOR NIEVES; KEYBANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; BONNEVILLE PINES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/02/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
