NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 14, 2009, and entered in Case No. 09-12452 of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and Miriam Lopez; Dennis Lopez, Sr.; Cypress Lakes Community Association, Inc.; McCoy Federal Credit Union; John Doe, N/K/A Erica Lopez; Jane Doe, N/K/A Gabrielle Lopez; and Current Tenant(s), are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on May 7, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72, CYPRESS LAKES - PARCELS E AND F, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGES 18 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
if you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk of court no later than 60 days after the sale. if you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remainning funds. after 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
