NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 21, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-021847-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-51(1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered.), is the Plaintiff and MARIA I. MUNERA A/K/A MARIA ISABEL MUNERA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA I. MUNERA A/K/A MARIA ISABEL MUNERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; LEXINGTON PLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 04/25/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
