Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 1, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-015869-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and LUIS PEREZ, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 4443, THE RESIDENCES AT VERANDA PARK, 4000 GRANDE AVENUE, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 9527, PAGE 4382, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 4TH day of April, 2013.
