NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12000729CC of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, County Division, wherein MARY LU HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, and NORMAND E. VACHON is the Defendant. Barbara T. Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, FL, at 11:00 a.m. on April 12, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 100 (a/k/a Unit 100), Mary Lu Mobile Home Park, as located within the property. Also known as 24437 Harborview Rd - Lot 100, Port Charlotte, FL 33980 and the share identified as Share #152, recorded in O.R. Book 1747, Page 0107 in Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
