NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-003999 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Citibank, N.A., as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-QX1 is the Plaintiff and Samuel J. Seymour; Dropatie Seymour; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 20 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 3742, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 65, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 3A TO 3P, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
