NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09006125CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and RICHARD JOSEPH CONLAN, JR.; DIANNE MARIE CONLAN; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR RBS CITIZENS, N.A.; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 20 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 2680, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 29, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 22A THROUGH 22G, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
