NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-001939, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida. FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and FRANK J. MARS; MARY C. MARS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST HORIZON HOME LOAN CORPORATION; are defendants. . I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 27 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1076, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBIVISION, SECTION 16, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 5A THROUGH 5C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
