Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013, in this cause, I will sell the property situated in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, described as:
LOT 23, BLOCK C, CLINTWOOD ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 9A AND 9B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 1770 ELINOR PLACE, ENGLEWOOD, FL 34223
at public sale on June 7, 2013, at eleven o'clock a.m., at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, to the highest bidder for cash, except as prescribed in paragraph 4, in accordance with Section 45. 031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
