YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title to real property in Collier County, Florida which is legally described as follows:
The West 150 feet of Tract 63, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, unit # 70, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 6 of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before April 19, 2013 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
