You are hereby notified that an Order of Summary Administration has been entered in the estate of JAMES T. CLARK a/k/a JAMES TAYLOR CLARK JR., deceased, File Number 13-109-CP, by the Circuit Court for Collier County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Suite 102, Naples, Florida 34112-5324; that the decedent's date of death was March 25, 2012; that the local value of the estate is approx. $18,500.00 and that the name and address of those to whom it has been assigned by such order is: Betty R. Pursley, 14100 Winchester Court, Naples, FL 34114.
ALL INTERESTED PERSONS ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
All creditors of the estate and persons having claims or demands against the estate of the decedent other than those for whom provision for full payment was made in the Order of Summary Administration must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE TIME PERIOS SET FORTH IN SECTION 733.702 of the Florida probate code.
ALL CLAIMS AND DEMANDS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
