NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30 day of November, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010CA003955, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the in the atrium on the First Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112-5324 @ 11:00AM on April 3, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 1102 SITUATED IN TOWER II OF SOUTH SEAS NORTHWEST CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 889 AT PAGES 1634 THRU 1771, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY,FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
