Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 3 day of April, 2013, that certain parcel of real property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 50, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 50, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 82 AND 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
