Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 7, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 203, SHADOWOOD VILLAS , A CONDOMINIUM , ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2047, PAGE 172, AND AS AMENDED, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6115 THRESHER DRIVE UNIT 203, NAPLES, FL 34112; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on April 3, 2013 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
