NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003165 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-62 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-62, is the Plaintiff and EDWIN A. ROGERS, SR; MARIANNE ROGERS; INDIGO LAKES PROPERTIES, LLC; INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A NICK ROGERS are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 41, BLOCK A, INDIGO LAKES, UNIT FIVE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 15 THROUGH 17, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
