NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 28, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11 2011 CA 001111, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and MARIA CASANOVA-RICHARDS; FARON J. RICHARDS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR DREW MORTGAGE ASSOCIATES INC.; VICTORIA PARK II PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at THE LOBBY ON THE 3RD floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m., on the 3 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, VICTORIA PARK II ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
