Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, and entered in 1200752CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein METLIFE HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF METLIFE BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MARCIA L. RAMBERG; PATRICK J. RAMBERG; TERRACE II AT PRESTWICK ASSOCIATION, INC.; NAPLES HERITAGE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.; FIREWATER CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM on April 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 214, BUILDING 2, TERRACE II AT PRESTWICK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2295, AT PAGE 245-303, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
