Begin 26.96 feet North and 273.62 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northeast ¼ of the Southeast ¼ Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, run North 200 feet, West 95 feet, South 200 feet, East 95 feet along North boundary of Elwood Park Road right of way to POINT OF BEGINNING.
Parcel II
Begin at the Southeast corner of the Northeast ¼ of Southeast ¼ of Section 6, Township 35 South, Range 18 East, West 73.62 feet, North 26.96 feet for a POINT OF BEGINNING, North 100 feet West 200 feet, South 100 feet, East 200 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, less road right of way to Department of Transportation as recorded in Official Records Book 937, Page 765, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
