Notice is given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, entered in Case No. 09 10314 CA pending in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Court in and for Collier County, Florida, in which BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE BIANCHI-RABIL, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE BIANCHI-RABIL, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS., INC. NO. 1, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112-5324 at 11:00 a.m. on the 4 day of April, 2013, the following-described property set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure:
UNIT 107, BUILDING 7, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 747, PAGES 1532 THROUGH 1570, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
