Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida; We will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
Lot 29, Block C, BERKSHIRE PINES, PHASE TWO-B, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 10, as recorded in the Public Records of Collier County, Florida; said land situate, lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 7812 Meridan Court, Naples, FL 34104, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on April 3, 2013 at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
