NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 7, 2013 entered in Civil Case No. 0904995CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL. 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 225, Fairway Preserve at Olde Cypress, a Condominium, according to that certain declaration thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3866, at Pages 4006 through 4127, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, together with the exclusive right to use parking space 280
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
