NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-001962, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Capital One, N.A., is the Plaintiff and John Hunt a/k/a John D. Hunt; Nancy Hunt a/k/a Nancy C. Hunt; Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland; and The Strand Homeowners' Association, Inc. are Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on the 4 day of April, 2013, on the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, TRACT 6, PELICAN STRAND REPLAT 4, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 68-70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
