Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2009-CA-006822, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-7CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7CB, Plaintiff, and RUDY ORANTES, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, Florida, 34112 at the hour of 11:00 am on the April 3, 2013, the following described property:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 83, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 51, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGES 84-85, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
