notice is hereby given THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Summary Judgment Of Foreclosure entered in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as follows, to-wit:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT NO. 82, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 81, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 19 AND 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Commonly known as: 741 EVERGLADES BOULEVARD, NAPLES, FLORIDA 34117.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at the 3rd Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. (EST), on the 3 day of April, 2013.
If you are a subordinate lien holder claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the Clerk of the Court no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
