NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 7, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2011-CA-003345 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial
Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE RALI 2006QA7 was the Plaintiff and PATRICK B. MURRAY, ET AL., the Defendant(s). I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 3 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WESTERLY PORTION OF TRACT 126, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 14, ACCORDING THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGES 73-74 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID TRACT 126, THENCE SOUTH 89° 40”50' EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 126, A DISTANCE OF 389.94 FEET, THENCE RUN NORTH 00° 19'10” EAST CUTTING THROUGH SAID TRACT 126, A DISTANCE OF 115.00 FEET TO A POINT, THENCE NORTH 15° 11”15' WEST, A DISTANCE OF 264.63 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 126, THENCE NORTH 89° 40”50' WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE A DISTANCE OF 319.19 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID TRACT 126, THENCE ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID TRACT 126, SOUTH 00° 19”10' WEST 370.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES OVER AND ACROSS THE SOUTH TWENTY (20) FEET OF SAID WESTERLY PORTION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus OF the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
