NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 5, 2012, and entered in Case No. 412011CA007516XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and VICTOR DONOSO; ELENA DONOSO; BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE III, OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, RICHARD “CHIPS” B. UNIT 506, BUILDING “O”, BAYSHOREONTHELAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, PHASE III, SECTION 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1064, PAGE 1505 THRU 1531 INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 15, PAGE 62 AND 63 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RERECORDED IN OR BOOK 1064, PAGE 2802 OF SAID RECORDS.
