NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 7, 2013, and entered in Case No. 1201744CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER SAMPLE, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, COLLIER County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 14, NAPLES PARK, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 106, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
