NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-008973 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Andrew D. Carothers and Kelly A. Carothers, His Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS, EGRESS AND UTILITIES OVER THE WEST 20 FEET THEREOF.
