NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-06633 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR6 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated March 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and John N. Daugherty, Susan Shechter Daugherty, Imperial Golf Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., Onewest Bank, FSB, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 3 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 28, IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
