NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-004334 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U. S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee of CSFB ABS Trust Series HEAT 2002-3, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Angelo Spinelli a/k/a Angelo M. Spinelli a/k/a Angelo V. Spinelli a/k/a Angelo Vincent Spinelli a/k/a Angelo M. Spinelli, Sr. a/k/a Angelo V. Spinelli, Sr., deceased, Vincent T. Spinelli, Sr., deceased , Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 45, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NINE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
