NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011CA001154, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK is the Plaintiff and GABRIEL GARCIA, FIFTH THIRD BANK F/K/A HOME LOAN BANK ATLANTA, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A MARIA GARCIA and JARIXSA YSLAS A/K/A JARIXSA GARCIA AKA JARIXSA N GARCIA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 am on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5, BUILDING 51, REFLECTIONS AT JUBILATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3096, PAGE 1624, AND AS AMENDED, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
