NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on December 5, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-005291 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and NOREEN MARIE MILLS A/K/A NOREEN M. MILLS, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of April, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 10 AND 11, CRAIG SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 80, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
