NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 08, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11 2009 CA 006911 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR GSAA 2005-11, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and BRUCE CARR; TERRI CARR; PIERRE FREGEAU; MARIA GABY FREGEAU F/K/A MARIA GABY SOLIZ; TENANT #1 N/K/A ALBERT ESQUISAROSA are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
