AVERILL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; SUNTRUST BANK; WISTERIA PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 23 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
