NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of December, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2011 CA 007792, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and REMIGIO BETANCOURT, NORTH ORANGE ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., MARY F. PEREZ-HILARIO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 4th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK B, NORTH ORANGE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 96, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
