Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on April 3, 2013, at eleven o'clock, a.m. on the Third Floor Lobby of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:

Book 3133, at Page 2861, et seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and as amended.
having an address of 599 9th Street North, Suite 203, Naples, FL 34102 (the “Subject Property”),
pursuant to the order or final judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
