COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA -

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on April 3, 2013, at eleven o'clock, A.M. on the Third Floor Lobby Area of the Courthouse Annex,, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
Unit 11 and Unit 12, HORSESHOE VILLAGE, a Commercial Condominium, according to the declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4074, Page 1922, Public Records of Collier County, Florida (“Condominium”) together with all appurtenances thereto and the exclusive right to use Parking Space Number 24 and 25 (as to Unit 11) and 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31 (as to Unit 12).

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
