NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 0908291CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Courthouse located in the lobby in the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00 am on the 3rd day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment to wit:
