NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated March 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-007093 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC Home Loans Servicing LP, f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Bonnie M. Ross a/k/a Bonnie Ross are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, RICHARD B. SHORE, III, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on April 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, OF CUTRONA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, AT PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
