Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 07/11/2012 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of R.B. Chips Shore clerk of the circuit court will sell the property situate in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 132, THE LAKES III, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1119, Page 520, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 18, Page 177-179, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Together with Carport #18, THE LAKES III, a CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 1119, Pages 520 - 612 and Condominium Plat Book 18, Pages 177 - 179 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
