NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 6, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-002578 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE INC. is the Plaintiff and JAYE J. LUSSIER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAYE J. LUSSIER N/K/A DAN LUSSIER; LEXINGTON HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEXINGTON TOWNHOMES NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; LEXINGTON VILLAS NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
