NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 06, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-002724 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and JON CHRISTOPHER CLARK; DEDE D. CLARK A/K/A DEDE DEMINT CLARK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BEGIN 165.24 FEET NORTH AND 465 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST 80 FEET; THENCE NORTH 140 FEET TO THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF RIGHT-OF-WAY; THENCE EAST 80 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY; THENCE SOUTH 140 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
