NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 06, 2013 and entered in Case No. 41-2012-CA-002502 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and M. PATRICIA MCGRATH; COUNTRY VILLAGE OF BRADENTON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 2155, COUNTRY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 8, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1125, PAGE 632, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 19, PAGE 23, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
