Condominium Unit No. 3235-204, VILLAGE BROOKE CONDOMINIUM II, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1227, Page 2055 and Condominium Plat Book 10, Pages 36, 36A, 36B and 36C, both of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
