C., OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2004247846, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO.
