NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 27, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2011-CA-010585 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-12 is the Plaintiff and LISA CHEMAT; RUSS CHEMAT; WINSLOW BEACON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 3 day of April , 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 59, WINSLOW BEACON CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1705, PAGE 1209, AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22 PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
