NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 27th day of February, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 008336 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and JANICE G DIDONATO, RONALD DIDONATO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 3rd day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF SARASOTA AND STATE OF FLORIDA; THE EAST 70 FEET OF THE WESTERLY ONE-HALF; AND THE WEST 40 FEET OF THE EASTERLY ONE-HALF; OF LOT 1, BLOCK B, PLAT OF ENGLEWOOD, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK A, PAGE 29, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
