Notice is hereby given, pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 2009CA004969 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 2nd day of April, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 6, VENICE EAST SECTION 1, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 13, 13A AND 13B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
