F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P, is Plaintiff, ANDREW J. OLIVE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDREW J. OLIVE IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, ANDA GAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE FAIRWAYS AT BIRD BAY VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ADVISORS MORTGAGE, LLC; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at Www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.Com at 9:00 a.m. on the 1st day of April, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 204, BUILDING 62, THE FAIRWAYS AT BIRD BAY VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2276, PAGE 1316, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 29, PAGE 18, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

This property is located at the Street address of: 840 WEST BIRD BAY DRIVE #204, BLDG. 62, VENICE, FL 34285.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
