NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 26, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-002359-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC1, Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and MARGARET A. CLEVENGER; JAMES CLEVENGER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMES CLEVENGER N/K/A BONNIE CLEVENGER; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 2 day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 7 AND 8, BLOCK 2, HERMOSA HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 132 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

LESS AND EXCEPT THE LAND DESCRIBED IN QUIT CLAIM DEED RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2004145459

ALSO BOAT BASIN KNOWN AS LOT 31, AS SHOWN ON SURVEY BY BARNES PARKWAY, SAID SURVEY BEING RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 216, PAGE 590, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 6, TOWNSHIP 398, RANGE 19E, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
